Small Quantity - Great Quality

This is not necessarily contradictory. This is why we at memoplast have specialised in producing prototypes and small series in serial production quality.  By using the Rapid-Tooling procedure we are able to economically manufacture high quality injection moulding parts from thermoplastic material, silicones and elastomers even in small quantities.  

In order to manufacture high quality prototypes and small series for you we count on the rapid tooling process and our modular master-mould system. By applying this combination we have achieved to reduce our tooling costs to an absolute minimum. 

Independent of whether you require only some prototypes from an original material for component testing or several thousand components for a small series. You have come to the right place. We are happy to advise you about your components as early as the design phase to find the most suitable design for the plastic material.

The Company Profile of memoplast

memoplast GmbH is a young, and dynamic company. We have specialised in manufacturing high-quality injection moulding parts by using the rapid-tooling procedure.

In order to be able to supply you with high quality components in the shortest possible time, we combine under our roof the complete processing chain from tool design via manufacturing and assembling the injection moulding tools to producing samples on our injection moulding machines. Only by remaining mostly independent from suppliers we are able to guarantee you the expected quality and keep our promised deadlines for delivery.

Our competent and motivated project team consists of engineers and technicians and looks after you during the complete process chain. We are happy to advise you even before the project starts about the appropriate plastic suitable for the design of your specific components.
