Between an approved prototype and full series production there is often a dangerous gap: too few parts to justify a series mould, too many for 3D printing. That's where our small batch production comes in.

High-strength aluminium tooling
Our small batch aluminium moulds are designed for 10–100,000 shots. They combine the advantages of prototype tooling (speed, flexibility) with series production requirements (precision, durability).
Modular master mould system
Our master mould system reduces fixed costs: only the component-specific cavity needs to be produced — all base functions are already integrated.
Original materials for real testing
We produce with the same materials as the future series: ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP/PE and technical compounds. Every test result is valid for approval.
Documented quality ISO 9001
Every batch is fully traceable: measurement reports, dimensional checks and quality logs available on request. Ideal for regulated industries.

Small batch production is ideal for approximately 10–100,000 parts per project.

Below this range, Rapid Tooling with prototype aluminium moulds is more economical. Above it, a classic series mould becomes worthwhile.

Our aluminium small batch moulds reach service lives of up to 100,000 shots depending on the component — making them suitable for series launches or limited-volume production runs.
We produce with original materials — the same plastics as the future series production.

Typical materials: ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), POM, PP/PE, as well as technical compounds and special materials.

As a result, mechanical properties, temperature resistance and component behaviour match the series parts — essential for genuine testing and approvals.
Very close. With original materials and precision aluminium tooling we produce parts with properties almost identical to series production.

This enables genuine functional testing, reliable fit tests and series-quality surfaces — results that are valid for approvals and internal sign-offs.
Timelines vary by component complexity. On average: tooling build 3–5 weeks, first sample an additional 1–2 weeks.

Thanks to our modular master mould system and in-house production, we are often faster than customers expect. Exact availability is confirmed with the quote.
Yes. In addition to classic small batch injection moulding, we offer special processes such as insert moulding and two-component moulding (2K).

These are useful when metal parts need to be overmoulded directly, when two different plastics need to be combined, or when components require specific mechanical properties.

We assess feasibility together with you and advise on the most suitable method.
Every batch is fully documented: dimensional inspection, measurement reports and quality logs are available on request.

We manufacture to ISO 9001 and offer full batch traceability — ideal for regulated sectors such as medical technology or the automotive industry.
